A New Healthy Journey Begins!

It has been years since I have found myself exercising and actually able to call myself healthy. 
"I should do..."
"I need to..."
Three little words that are easy to say and keep you from doing EVERYTHING you want to do!
I realized I continued to say "I should exercise" or "I need to eat healthier" the only thing I needed to do was stop with the "I need to..." and "I should do..."
An entire world opens up when we just DO!

Here is to one week and 2 days of exercising and eating better. Taking lunch to work, making my own organic coffee and tea! Each little habit I form and each little habit I change brings me closer to my goal of being the best me I can be!

Lately my son has been asking to go to church :) today however I told him church was going to be the way I think of it. This does not mean going to church is bad just that there are so many ways to enjoy ad love the earth and all that we are blessed with!

Moving forward

Life has been very busy and moving forward at lightening speed.

I am again in a place where life is good and I feel grounded.  Many many blessing have flowed into our lives this year and we look forward to the coming season.

One area we are looking to move forward this next year is the wellness center.

Getting ready!

We got the new greenhouse up and I am looking forward to using it this year. I added an assortment of herbs and veggies from last year. Going to grow more than just the few pots up front. We started the seeds indoors earlier this time!
We have been doing so much work getting the yard in order, cleaned out bushes and cleaned up all the fall leaves. I still need to bring the weed eater out but that will come soon!
I am excited to have a gate for the back yard being built also!
Many great changes happening towards a great year of health and happiness for our family here.
